Return & Refund Policy

Each piece is crafted, packed, and shipped with utmost care. If you are dissatisfied with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product, and we will accept the return of the product to us within 30 days for an exchange or a refund.

The customer is responsible for paying the return shipping.

Shipping Info

If your order arrived damaged due to shipping, please take images of the damaged product along with its packing material for filing a claim to the shipper. Please contact the shipper directly as soon as possible, and also contact us as well so we can make sure you will be fully refunded for the damaged item or exchanged for another piece.
